Who is responsible for your data
The controller for personal data processed through tdhg.ee is OÜ TDHG, an Estonian company (registry code 17549977, VAT EE103005863). You can contact us about privacy matters at hello@tdhg.ee.
What data we process
Website and security data
When you access tdhg.ee, the infrastructure serving the site may process technical data such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps and security-related event data. We use this information to deliver the website, maintain availability, diagnose faults and protect the service against abuse.
Messages you send us
If you contact TDHG by email, we process the contact details and content you provide in order to answer your request and, where relevant, to take steps connected with a potential or existing business relationship.
Cookie choices and analytics
We store your cookie choice so the website can remember it. Optional analytics is permitted only if you choose to enable it. The current prototype does not connect a third-party analytics provider; any production analytics provider and its actual cookies must be added to the Cookie Policy before activation.
Why we process it
Depending on the context, processing may be necessary to provide the website or respond to your request, to take steps before entering into a contract, to comply with legal obligations, or for TDHG's legitimate interests in keeping its website and systems secure and reliable. Where optional analytics requires consent, it remains disabled until consent is given.
How long we keep data
We keep personal data only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including security, correspondence, contractual, accounting and legal requirements. Different categories can therefore have different retention periods. Cookie choices are stored for up to 180 days unless you change them earlier.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in applicable data-protection law, you may have rights to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion or restriction, object to certain processing, receive portable data, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
To exercise a right, contact hello@tdhg.ee. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or another competent supervisory authority.
Other websites and products
tdhg.ee links to TDHG products and third-party websites. Those websites may have their own privacy notices and cookie practices. This Privacy Policy applies to tdhg.ee unless a linked service expressly states otherwise.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the website, our processing activities or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will always be published on this page.
